Part-Time Telephone Operator – Gozo
We are seeking to recruit a pleasant and well-mannered person who will be the first impression for our Company on the telephone.
This position is for the mornings and early afternoons only at our Gozo showroom/offices, on a part-time basis.
The required candidate will answer all incoming calls, transfer calls to the respective department or person, be able to communicate pleasantly in all situations, and be able to take note and provide feedback to colleagues, amongst others.
*Edit: Preference will be given to Maltese and English speaking candidates since fluent speaking in both languages is essential to correctly assist clients’ telephone calls.

We are looking for an excellent and highly-motivated team player who will join the relatively young Distinct Homes team at our Attard showroom.
The Sales & Design Consultant will guide clients, from beginning to end, on the best materials, colours and design to furnish their home with style to their desired budget.
A technical background on furniture helps as does knowledge of Acad software, although training will be provided. Previous experience in an analogous role will be considered an asset.

This post is open for those willing to form part of a team, assisting their colleagues in supporting the smooth functioning of the showroom from pre-sales to post-sales.
The successful candidate, based at our Attard showroom, will carry out a very important role by providing support to our Gozo and Malta showrooms.
Although not limited to the below, the main tasks will include:
- Secretarial duties assisting the main Sales team;
- Preparation of Quotations and Quotations-related paperwork under the supervision of the Sales team;
- Preparation of detailed Purchase orders;
- General office duties including answering the telephone.
Excellent telephone manners, a pleasant personality and attention to detail are a must.
Knowledge of design-related software, such as Auto-CAD, will be considered an asset.
Preference will be given to candidates who can speak and write in both Maltese and English.
